Big Mamma

Twelve days remaining until due date. Induction date is Monday, April 30th (begged the doctor to let me go as late as possible in hopes the baby will come on it's own---hated the induction of Gabby a couple of years ago). And actually, April 26th was the only induction option I thought I had, until I realized that was Meredith's birthdate!

Birthday party!

The annual double birthday party for our girls was last Saturday! (next year will be a triple?) Princesses and costumes were themes this year. Ended up having 30+ friends and neighbors come and help us celebrate. Meredith and Gabrielle seemed to have lots of fun, but were totally exhausted afterward. And since that day, of course, we've had to pretend that the party is ongoing... we sing "Happy Birthday" several times a day, Meredith to herself and Gabby thinks it's Mommy and Daddy's birthday.

Yellow cake with white buttercream frosting. Mmmmmmm. Mommy selfishly picked out the cake she was hungry for, and managed to eat a good 1/3 of it herself.
"Pin the crown on the princess" game.
We had the kids make crowns with posterboard and stickers. Aaron is dressed up as Flynn Rider from Tangled.

BIRTHDAY GIRL!

Gabrielle Elise turned 2 yesterday! The day was highlighted with cake, her first haircut, an ice cream outing with Mommy, princess dresses, and more!

Daddy spent the day repainting the girls' bedroom. More pics of that to come later this week.
The girls are getting a big birthday party with our friends this Saturday. It's a costume party for little kids!

Near the end...

We are officially less than two month away from "number 3". We have never been good at getting pictures of Kelli pregnant so when we tried to get "numbers 1 & 2" wanted to get in on it. This is one of those pictures that you just can't recreate. They are so precious...

Surprise!

Two weeks ago, we were sitting in our living room Friday afternoon and then four more ladies showed up at our door. I knew they were coming but Kelli about died. How I survived a weekend with 7 girls in the house I will never know...

Happy Valentine's Day

Here are my ladies with their crowns that they made at the library on Valentine's day. That picture of Gabby is one of my all time favorites.

Redneck Christmas and birthday party...

So Kelli and I decided to have a Redneck Christmas party because we are always gone for Christmas (and we like to keep our decarations up into February). So we told everyone to bring a white elephant gift and wear an ugly sweater. It just happened to be the same week as Pastor Guy's birthday too. So we celebrated with a redneck cake as well...
